COBA End User License Agreement
Parties
These Terms of Use form an agreement between the user of the COBA app and the publisher of COBA. By creating an account, accessing the service or using the app, you accept these terms.
Service description
COBA is a mobile community app for nomadic travelers. It helps users discover other travelers, exchange with them, share useful information and take part in community life.
Subscriptions
COBA may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. The price, duration and benefits are shown before purchase confirmation. The subscription is billed through your App Store account and renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your App Store settings.
User content
You retain your rights to the texts, photos, messages, information and other content you publish or send in COBA. You grant COBA a non-exclusive, worldwide, free license limited to what is necessary to host, reproduce, display and distribute that content in the app and provide the service.
Conduct rules
You agree not to publish, send or promote illegal, hateful, violent, discriminatory, harassing, misleading or pornographic content, content that infringes third-party rights, or spam. You also agree to use COBA fairly and respectfully.
Termination
You may stop using COBA at any time. COBA reserves the right to suspend or delete an account, remove content or limit access to the service in case of violation of these terms, abusive behavior or risk to the security of the service or users.
Limitation of liability
COBA provides the service with reasonable care, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or compatibility with every use. COBA is not liable for user-published content, interactions between users, or indirect damages, data loss, revenue loss or lost opportunities resulting from use of the service.

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, available at https://coba-app.com/privacy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
